We try to answer emails as fast as possible and usually we answer within 1 day. Anyway, sometimes this is simply not possible, but you don't have to write a second message to us. We never leave a request open.
Please provide full information if you report a problem. We need at least a guidance to reproduce a problem. Also, dont't forget your contact information.
Please also check our Issue/Bug Tracker for more information. Usually you will find any problem/solution to the system there. If you report an error directly into the bug tracker, the task will be assigned to a developer/support person immediately. This will result in shorter process time of your request.
If you have problems with the system, contact the support team.
Also if you want to merge an account and you have forgotten your email-address, don't hesitate and contact the support team.
